By accessing and using BJJReviews.com (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Business Entity: BJJReviews is currently operated by Deron Mai as a sole proprietorship, doing business as BJJReviews (“Owner”, “Operator”). Florida LLC formation is in process, and these terms will be updated upon completion of business formation.

2. Description of Service

BJJReviews.com is a platform that allows users to submit, read, and interact with reviews of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructional content, platforms, and related products. We provide tools for users to discover, evaluate, and discuss BJJ educational content.

3. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive the following types of emails:

• Account Verification: Email verification required to activate your account and access content creation features

This graduated model allows immediate platform access while ensuring content creators are verified users.

5. Content Moderation and Community Standards

5.1 Prohibited Content

Users may not submit content that:

• Contains false, misleading, or paid/incentivized reviews
• Includes personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language
• Contains spam, promotional material, or off-topic content
• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.2 Moderation Process

• We use automated systems and human reviewers to moderate content
• Content may be removed immediately if flagged by our moderation systems
• We aim to respond to content reports within 48 hours

6. Content Ownership and Licensing

6.1 User-Generated Content

By submitting any content (including reviews, comments, ratings, or other materials) to our Platform, you grant BJJReviews.com a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the Service.

6.2 User Rights

You retain authorship credit for your submitted content and maintain the right to edit or delete your own reviews and comments at any time, subject to our content moderation policies.
